Integrations

Objectiv offers chat, mail, and meeting platforms—you connect the ones your company uses. The agent only acts on configured, active providers—and Enterprise licensing applies before on-behalf send.

Tools: draft_message / send_message against the active chat connection—never silent send.

Mail

Configurable POP and IMAP (host, port, TLS, credentials). Enterprise unlocks agent draft/send via the mailbox you connect—not a single hard-coded vendor.

Org example: A-Zing mail presets for licensed Enterprise seats are documented in app env examples when applicable.

Setup order (recommended)

  1. Install Objectiv and complete getting started.
  2. Connect chat read-only (Slack token) if you only need history in Community.
  3. Activate Enterprise seat before enabling agent send or mail.
  4. Configure one chat provider; validate draft → approve → send flow.
  5. Add mail, then meetings, as your rollout matures.
